Welcome

These teachings are the fruit of the transmission I received from my Daoist lineage, but also of my broader journey, both spiritual and socially engaged.

From a very young age, I sought the meaning of life and dedicated my existence to serving something greater. As a peace activist and advocate for women’s rights and vulnerable populations, my path of social engagement led me to question the need for inner human evolution. Alongside a career as a coordinator of international solidarity projects, this quest took me, for over a decade, to explore spiritual traditions at their source. My practice developed through contact with Zen Buddhism under Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the hermits of the Vietnamese mountains, Theravada Buddhism through deepening Vipassana meditation within various Thai and Burmese lineages, and yoga and Vedic teachings in India with Master Swami Omkarananda and his gurus.

This journey eventually led me to China, where in 2010 I entered the Daoist gate at the Five Immortals Temple in Wudang. I was immersed in Daoist teachings and disciplines during an initial nine-year apprenticeship, during which I became assistant and translator to my master Xing De (Li Shifu), and a teacher under his supervision. There, I acquired a rich and comprehensive repertoire of Daoist arts (internal martial arts, meditation, scriptures and ritual, Chinese medicine, etc.), complemented by training and workshops in various institutes and universities of Chinese medicine.

In 2019, I returned to society life and began teaching outside the temple through intensive retreats, seminars, and online trainings. Today, I continue to deepen my personal practice within my family, supported by my partner and while raising my daughter. I share Daoist teachings in person in France through my organization Le Mouvement du Dao, and online through the Silent Clarity School, as well as internationally in collaboration with training institutes and local associations. I regularly return to the temple to guide retreats and pursue my own practices.

All the teachings we share are the result of our practice, commitment, and work. We transmit them with sincerity and with care to preserve their authenticity, in order to nourish the community of practitioners. Rooted in traditional Daoist teachings, our vision is to share a coherent, clear, and effective path that fosters human alignment in harmony with all life.
